Bespoke / Custom hats are none refundable, however we will do our very best to rectify any problems should they aris.
We will quote additional costs for materials we need to buy in, however we will always enter in all costs and no additional costs will be added after a quote has been given unless additional information is given or missed out at time of inquiry. Thank you.

Some hats are adjustable and some have slight elasticity in the back or inside to give an even greater fit.
We look forward to making either your hat that was chosen from our images on the website, from your own images/designs or a keepsake you have. We can also design for you.
